What is the time commitment?+
Plan for approximately 6–10 hours per week during active programming, based on the benchmark in the proposal. Final expectations will be stated in the Chapter Lead agreement.
Who makes a strong Chapter Lead?+
Experienced Founders, senior startup-community builders, credible event hosts and industry mentors with deep local trust.
How does compensation work?+
Equity, revenue-share or impact-sharing terms remain pending Canadian legal and nonprofit review. Nothing will be promised before it is confirmed in writing.
What support will I receive?+
Onboarding, curriculum, AI tools, program operations, brand systems, safeguarding guidance and access to the global Chapter Lead network.
Can more than one person lead a Chapter?+
A co-lead model may be considered where responsibilities, accountability and local credibility are clear.
How are Chapters approved?+
Applications are reviewed for local trust, ecosystem depth, operating capacity, alignment with the Code of Conduct and ability to deliver a consistent Founder experience.
