High trust. High standards.
Plain language. Clear rights.

A high-trust network needs clear intervention paths.

The Code applies across programs, events, mentoring, Chapters and online spaces without replacing applicable law or emergency services.

01

Set expectations

Hosts explain confidentiality, participation and conflict rules. Leaders model respectful challenge and inclusive facilitation.

02

Report concerns

Participants can raise concerns privately and request limits on information sharing.

03

Respond proportionately

Responses may include clarification, repair, limits, suspension or removal based on severity and evidence.

04

Protect against retaliation

Good-faith reporting must not trigger retaliation. Knowingly malicious reports may breach the Code.
